No corporate "double-speak" here. And if we can't, we'll say so and connect you to an advisor who is well versed in that problem.
You need advice? Follow these first steps to find your answers.
Do this to lower your time and cost in being advised.
- Identify and write down each problem you want advice on so you can keep on track.
- Prioritize the problem list from most needed at top onward.
- If you're luck the same advisor will be able to help you on two problems so you may have to talk with different advisors.
- Call our 1-877 number and a switchboard operator will answer.
- Give us your phone number so we can identify your account.
- Tell the switchboard operator the advisor you wish to speak with, the topic such as HR, or describe your topmost problem and the switchboard operator will direct you to an advisor.
- You are billed $0.99 cents per minute to talk with the advisor
- If you are unable to reach the advisor, leave a message. A switchboard operator will contact you when the advisor is available through your preferred options of a voice phone, a phone text, or email message.
